GuidedGrowth Support | Fitness – Code of Conduct

Last Updated: July 26, 2025

At Guided Growth, we believe that true fitness success comes from more than just a workout plan. It comes from accountability, respect, and a shared commitment to growth. This Code of Conduct reflects our values and ensures that every client and coach experiences a safe, supportive, and motivating environment.

For Clients

Clients are expected to actively participate in their fitness journey with honesty and accountability. All communication with coaches and other members of the Guided Growth community should be respectful and constructive. Clients should follow their personalized plans to the best of their ability and promptly inform their coach of any challenges, missed check-ins, injuries, or changes to their schedule.

Clients are encouraged to provide feedback to help their coach make necessary adjustments to the program. Health and safety remain the highest priority. Clients are responsible for consulting with their healthcare providers before beginning any new fitness routine and disclosing any relevant medical conditions or injuries.

For Coaches

Coaches represent Guided Growth and are expected to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and care. All guidance provided should be evidence based, safe, and client centered. Coaches are responsible for maintaining clear and timely communication, offering encouragement, and adjusting plans as necessary to best support the client’s progress.

Coaches are required to maintain confidentiality and protect the privacy of all clients. They are expected to foster an inclusive, welcoming environment where every client feels supported regardless of background, experience level, or ability.

Commitment to Respect and Safety

Guided Growth has a zero tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior of any kind. Any actions that compromise the integrity, safety, or professionalism of the coaching relationship will result in immediate review and possible removal from the program.

Accountability

Both clients and coaches share the responsibility of upholding this Code of Conduct. By participating in Guided Growth, all individuals agree to conduct themselves with respect, honesty, and a commitment to mutual growth. Guided Growth reserves the right to take appropriate action, including removal from programs, in the event of a violation of these standards.
